GreenStuf Ceiling Batts are available in a range of thermal performance values from R2.5 through to R4.0 making them suitable for use throughout Australia.
The Building Code of Australia prescribes minimum levels of insulation for different regions of Australia. Please consult with the Building Code of Australia (www.abcb.com.au) to help choose the right rating of product for your project.
All GreenStuf products comply with AS/NZS 4859.1; the standard for insulation as required by the Building Code of Australia. GreenStuf Ceiling Batts are in either 430mm wide or 580mm wide to suit 450mm and 600mm truss centres. For 900mm truss centres, two 430mm Batts can be used side by side.

50+ years rating, QuietStuf uses the safety and performance of Polyester to provide a range of Batts that provide both Acoustic and Thermal insulation.
QuietStuf 75 and 90 are ideal for internal/external wall situations whilst QuietStuf 100 is ideal for use between floors(ground floor & 1st floor) applications.
QuietStuf 200 provides the ultimate ceiling bulk insulation protection for airbourne sound such as aircraft noise whilst also providing an R4.5 thermal rating.
Depending on the wall or construction system QuietStuf Batts can decrease noise transfer by up to 8 decibels or around 8 Rw points. In most cases this will prevent normal television, bathroom or domestic sound being transmitted through walls.

Acoustic Insulation
Autex Absorption Blanket (AAB)
A range of medium to high density 100% Polyester Acosutic Insulation.
Autex Absorption Blanket is available in a board range of densities and thicknesses to provide sound absorption across a broad range of frequencies.
Designed to suit a wide range of commercial and industrial building applications such as:
- Lining and lagging for HVAC(Heating Ventilation Airconditioning) ductwork
- Heavy duty acoustic applications
- Curtain wall and spandrel panel insulation
- Insulation for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
Dependant on density and thickness, AAB products can be supplied in either roll or panel format. MOQs apply to all AAB products. The product is supplied in project specific sizing. Acceptance of overruns of up to 10% of order size is a condition of sale for AAB products. (While any product specified can be made, listed is a range of products we have tested.)
