How much does a typical roof vacuum cost? The price of this service may change due to factors such as the size of the home, access and other factors such as how much insulation, dust and debris needs to be removed.

How long does a typical roof vacuum take? For most average sized homes allow for one full day. Our customer representative however will be able to give you a more accurate estimation during the quoting process.

How do the workmen access the roof? Most homes have a manhole to allow easy access into the roof space, however Planet Green prefers in most situations to access via removing roof tiles. This is generally the more hygienic solution, and better for ease of movement as well as workers ventilation, though ultimately we leave this decision up to the customers disgression.  

Should my family stay at home whilst the works are being carried out? We recommend that all young children and pregnant women leave the premises for the duration of the cleaning works.

I have a hot water tank in my roof, can i get this removed? Absolutely. Talk to your Planet Green Consultant and we will add this into the quote.

How is my property protected in the event of an accident? Planet Green keeps up to date public liability and workers compensation.

What are the terms and conditions of payment? Planet Green requires payment on delivery and strongly recommends the area is inspected before payment is made.
