Roof Ventilation
The Turbo Beam, is the first turbine ventilator to provide roof space ventilation whilst at the same time enabling natural light to enter the attic space. These dual features provides the following benefits for your home;
Better summer comfort.
Proper ventilation will remove all hot air from your attic space enabling it to be replaced by cooler, ambient air. This effect is particularly pronounced at night. The result is reduced roof space temperatures and less radiation of heat into the home.
Illumination of the attic space.
Our ventilators use a clear, acrylic turbine head and a highly reflective aluminium throat. This enables sunlight to be captured and focussed into the attic space.
Sunlight in general helps deter termite infestations. It also lets you see clearly so you don't fall through the roof! The TurboBeam also comes with a 15 year warranty.
The Maestro is a 300mm roof mounted, powered ventilator. The thermostatically controlled Maestro is designed to exhaust heat from the roof space, increasing the comfort levles for the occupants. The Maestro runs on a 12V DC power system and has a very low consumption of power (11 Watts). It has reliable operation regardless of wind speek and is the equivalent to 2-3 wind driven ventilators. It is also available as a solar powered model.
